DescriptionThe Relationship Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, is responsible for defining and developing patient and healthcare professional relationship marketing programs for a large medical device franchise.


Through analysis of the marketplace and target customers, this position will be responsible for developing insight-driven relationship marketing programs that are shared with the organization to enhance overall corporate learning. This role will involve working with internal stakeholders to develop and execute programs, driving cross-functional project teams, and managing marketing direct reports.


Primary responsibilities include:

Develop strategy and tactics for procedural and product marketing campaigns;
Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration;
Manage Relationship Marketing team for timely delivery of objectives within budget;
Determine metrics of success for marketing initiatives and perform analysis for continuous improvement;
Lead creation of marketing materials such as patient and healthcare professional websites and email campaigns;
Lead media creative development and media planning for Relationship Marketing efforts;
Share key findings and best practices within the U.S. and Global organization;
Identify relevant new, emerging marketing tools/applications and submit project proposals for recommended opportunities;
Analyze competitive activity and develop counter strategies when appropriate;
Communicate with product marketing teams through strategic recommendations and progress reports.

MBA required.

Minimum of 3 years of relationship OR CRM or e-marketing experience in marketing is required.
Strong experience working and leading teams preferred.
Proven ability to think from the customers point-of-view is required.
Internet marketing and relationship marketing experience is preferred.
Prior management experience is preferred.
